• Purchases and reservations: name, email, phone, addresses, products, amounts, enquiries and payment status to manage your order, delivery, returns and customer service.
• Account: registration details and order history so you can sign in and manage orders and saved addresses.
• Enquiries: the information you send us so we can answer you.
• Security: technical information, including your IP address, to protect the website, accounts and transactions.

Payment is handled by the selected banking gateway. Our store receives payment confirmation but does not store full card numbers.

3. Legal basis

We process data needed to carry out a purchase, reservation or account service and to comply with legal duties, including accounting and tax obligations. We may use essential technical data to protect the store against fraud and unauthorised access on the basis of our legitimate interest. If we introduce optional marketing messages later, we will send them only with an appropriate legal basis and an unsubscribe option.

4. Recipients

Access to the necessary data is given to our website hosting and email service providers, the Redsys payment service and bank, and the carrier or delivery coordinator chosen for an order. Data may also be disclosed to authorities where required by law. We do not sell personal data.

5. Retention

Order records and supporting documents are kept for the periods required by tax, accounting and consumer law. Account details are kept while the account remains active and afterwards only for the legally required periods. Enquiries and security logs are kept as long as needed to respond or protect the service.

6. Your rights and complaints

Where applicable, you may request access, correction, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by emailing contacto@beybladex.org. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency if you believe your rights have not been respected.

The website uses the technical cookies described in our Cookie policy. We will update this page when our services or data processing change. The payment method you choose may take you to an external provider with its own privacy policy.
