Returns and refunds

If you need to cancel an order, return an item or report a problem, we can help. Email contacto@beybladex.org with your order number or use our contact form.

Cancellation before dispatch

If the order has not yet been dispatched, request cancellation through My Account or by email. If an estimated preorder or restock date changes significantly, contact us to discuss the applicable cancellation and refund.

Withdrawal: 14 calendar days

If you buy as a consumer at a distance, you may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 calendar days of receiving the product. If items from one order arrive separately, the period runs from receipt of the last item. Statutory exceptions apply, for example to clearly personalised items.

To notify us within that time, email an unambiguous withdrawal statement to contacto@beybladex.org, giving your name, order number and item. The form at the bottom of this page is optional. We will confirm return instructions. You may also notify us through the contact form.

Return the item within 14 calendar days after giving notice. The return address is Grupo de Recreación Deportiva ZOCER, C/ Tamaragua 1, bajo, 38111 Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Spain. Keep proof of posting. You pay the direct return postage unless we made an error, the item is nonconforming or the law provides otherwise.

Refund and item condition

We refund payments received, including the cost of the least expensive ordinary delivery method where applicable. If you selected a more expensive delivery method, its extra cost is not refunded. We use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, with no refund fee.

We refund without undue delay and at the latest within 14 calendar days after you notify us of withdrawal. We may wait until we receive the item or proof of its return, whichever occurs first. You may open the packaging and inspect the item; you may only be liable for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and function.

Wrong or faulty item

If you receive a wrong, damaged or nonconforming item, email us with the order number and, if possible, photos. We will arrange a solution under the statutory guarantee without passing on costs that the law assigns to the seller. This process is separate from withdrawal.
